This class is available Monday through Friday at 10 am. Our Bootcamp is interval training and is designed so you will never do the same exercise more than 60 seconds with minimal rest in between. You will hit every muscle....you will not be bored! This class is for all fitness levels because you can complete each interval at your own pace. Completing more repetitions per interval will increase your level of cardio and overall fitness. Each class ends with a 15 minute Yoga stretch and cool down. The environment is friendly, supportive and upbeat and you will start your day feeling awesome!
